Our Services

villas for rent on koh chang

Villa for rent/sale

All villas under our care will be actively marketed and recommended for rental to both online and direct reservation inquiries. Owners will be notified of each confirmed booking and the calendar will be updated accordingly.

Check in/out

Upon confirmation of a booking, Koh Chang Villas welcome guests with a warm smile and provide a tour of the house to showcase its amenities and how to use them. We also collect any required security deposits or fees for damages at check-out.

Cleaning

We ensure that the house is in a clean and well-maintained state prior to guests’ arrival. During their stay, we provide cleaning services every other day. Upon check-out, we perform a thorough inspection of the house to assess any damages and make repairs or replacements as needed.

Laundry

Our team also offers a laundry service to ensure that your linens are properly cared for and not mixed with those of other villas. We strive to keep linens clean and in good condition for as long as possible before they need to be replaced.

Private Transfer

If you’re concerned about transportation, Koh Chang Villas can assist with booking a private transfer with a personal driver to bring you from your pick-up location directly to one of our villas. We have a variety of cars and minivans available to ensure your comfort.

Guest Hospitality

Koh Chang Villas team is dedicated to ensuring that all your questions are answered and needs are met. We can assist with food delivery, organizing a BBQ party, arranging in-villa Thai massages, and booking island activities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
